This is a customer facing role, no office requirement.

 

Overall Purpose: Serve as contact and reference point for channel support for complex systems and products, resolving intricate client issues and providing expertise on both standard and customizable product features to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Manage orders, pricing, contracting, billing processes, and developing operations; collaborate with systems teams for process improvements. Coordinate implementation processes and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities. Maintain data integrity, manage customer data accurately, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Review contract documents for compliance, coordinate supplier orders, and provide post-cutover training and product design/redesign

 Required Qualifications:

Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction. 

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.  Strongly prefer experience with Public Sector & FirstNet
