Senior Client Success Specialist

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Success Specialist to join the Client Success team for the Medical Communications Group. This position is located in our New York, NY office on a hybrid work schedule; three (3) days in office depending on business needs.

Job Overview:

The Senior Client Success Specialist facilitates the execution process of our digital advertising campaigns. As the primary contact between internal departments and external clients, strong communication skills are a must, as well as working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Senior Client Success Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with our Sales reps to recommend business strategies that will optimize performance of sold campaigns, identify appropriate reallocations as needed, and provide upsell opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign management to maximize revenue while cultivating strong and productive relationships with clients.

This role demonstrates initiative by identifying process efficiencies and managing high-profile accounts. The role reports directly to the Manager, Client Success.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the client strategy and campaign objectives are communicated, understood, and implemented by all cross-functional groups and work across all teams to execute against brand key performance indicators.

Campaign Delivery:
  • Responsible for ownership of full campaign lifecycle and delivery for assigned accounts, leading and coordinating as needed with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with editorial, marketing, finance, email operations, ad operations, and sales to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet client KPIs.
  • Effectively develop detailed project schedules & timelines and communicate with internal and external teams
  • Take ownership of the customer experience and provide best-in-class client services
  • Proactively communicate to senior management, sales, and clients thoroughly advised of status on all components of current projects.

Optimization/Upsell:
  • Effectively monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing optimizations as necessary, and presenting areas for potential incremental to reps and clients to ensure client success

Reporting/Communication:
  • Provide quality assurance for IO and product details in Salesforce to then kick off the campaign to the internal teams
  • Communicate campaign status to both internal and external stakeholders as needed within 24 hrs in an effort to maintain successful continuity across all accounts
  • Communicate the reporting requirements from the clients to the internal teams, including overall status, delivery against KPIs and next steps on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Confirm with finance to reconcile monthly billing and campaign delivery
