Position Summary

Join Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, as a Senior Client Delivery Representative and play a critical role in delivering impactful solutions for our most strategic clients. You will lead complex implementations, collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and guide projects from planning through deployment. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who excels at managing large-scale initiatives or projects, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead complex enterprise client implementations from kickoff through deployment, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning solutions to strategic business objectives.
  • Define project scope, delivery plans, and key milestones to drive successful execution.
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
  • Drive executive-level governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery accountability.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that maximize client value.
  • Facilitate executive presentations, project reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Mentor team members and support continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence, collaboration, and effective decision-making.

Experience / Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise client delivery, implementation, consulting, or client-facing project management within healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, population health, value-based care, revenue cycle management, or a related healthcare domain.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise client implementations involving cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and executive-level visibility.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, healthcare technology implementations, and data-driven business solutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing relationships with senior client stakeholders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
  • Experience driving project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or comparable project management certification, or active pursuit of a similar certification.
  • A Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is considered a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and company events.
  • Experience implementing healthcare SaaS, analytics, population health, value-based care, or revenue cycle solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience facilitating solution design, requirements gathering, and implementation planning sessions is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, reporting, analytics, and data integration concepts is desired.
  • Experience using enterprise project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project would be an asset.
  • A background in management consulting, healthcare advisory services, or business transformation initiatives is welcomed.
  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.


The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $73,400.00 - $183,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
