- Play a key role as a Senior Civil Engineer on diverse civil/site development projects.

- Work on stormwater management, utility design, and other essential infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate daily with a team of architects, engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead civil design work for a variety of site development and infrastructure projects, including roadway design, grading, drainage, utilities (water and sanitary sewer), site layout, and erosion/sediment control.
- Develop and oversee conceptual plans, construction drawings, specifications, design reports, calculations, cost estimates, and permit packages such as SWPPPs and stormwater management plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers and senior team members on schedules, design challenges, and construction support.
- Supervise and mentor junior design staff; review their work and support their growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external consultants, local and state agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Attend meetings with clients and project teams; communicate technical information clearly.
- Preferred: Advanced experience with stormwater management design and modeling.
