Senior Civil Engineer
ATI has a current need for a full-time Senior Civil Engineer for complex, multimillion dollar construction projects. Work will be at Columbus Air Force Base, near Columbus, Mississippi.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Review and comment on Contractor submittals;
- Review and comment on Contractor questions;
- Review and comment on Contractor RFIs/RFCs;
- Make written recommendations to the COR;
- Compute time extensions;
- Assist in preparing change order documents;
- Make construction-minded determinations of practicability and meeting contract requirements;
- Request for equitable adjustment and claims;
- Make technical interpretations of drawings/specifications; and
- Review Contractor punch lists
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer on complex multimillion dollar construction projects.
- Hold a current Professional Engineering license.
- Experience with USACE's 3-Phase QC/Inspection process, EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual, and the Resident Management System (RMS) is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel;
- Position requires frequent and recurring construction inspections, which include walking, climbing, stooping, and bending at various elevations and uneven terrain; and
- Candidates must be US Citizens and must be able to obtain a government clearance.

Pay Range: $135,000 - $150,000/year depending on qualifications and experience
Location: Columbus Air Force Base, near Columbus, Mississippi.
Working Hours: Normal Work Hours - Monday - Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
