Qualifications

• Proven strategic communication skills.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and their needs.
• Expertise in change risk mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration success.
• Deep knowledge of change management frameworks like ADKAR and Kotter.
• Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
• Experience in driving change initiatives in large organizations.
• Proficiency in using AI-enabled change management tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with communications teams to ensure alignment of executive messaging with change initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and monitor adoption of new processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in change management practices.
• Facilitate retrospectives to capture lessons learned from change initiatives.
• Work alongside HR, Communications, and PMO teams to ensure integrated support for change efforts.
• Drive alignment across multiple business units for cohesive change strategy implementation.
• Deliver training sessions based on Prosci methodology to enhance skills of project teams and stakeholders.
