Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand demand for new graduate and current student candidates for full-time, internship, and other types of employment at Wintrust
  • Select schools and activity level to meet the demands of the business
  • Create an internal network of stakeholders, ambassadors, and volunteers to provide coverage to all on-site or virtual campus recruiting activity
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all campus recruiting events, and serve as the point of contact for maintaining candidate flow through the recruiting process in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruitment process to market Wintrust and answer questions and communicate candidate status
  • Develop and deploy excellent Wintrust recruitment marketing tactics and assets in partnership with Marketing, Community Impact, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Communications
  • Collect data and analyze progress and activity to identify best practices, school selection, activities, and strategic recommendations
  • Establish best practices for campus candidate management including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, extending offers, candidate communication, and selling the Wintrust employee value proposition

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
