CloudPay is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated Account-Based Marketing and Customer Upsell campaigns across various channels. This role is crucial in driving signal generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for our global payroll and payments solutions.

The Senior Campaign Manager will be responsible for building on the success of our ABM and Customer Upsell programs, while elevating targeted account campaigns to drive deeper engagement and demand within key enterprise accounts.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of best in class programs, introduce new ideas to further enhance their performance, and shape their evolution as part of a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self starter who demonstrates strong initiative and critical thinking, with a proven ability to think strategically and commercially while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in execution.

Main responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
• Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from ideation and planning to execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing, content, sales, and digital marketing) to ensure campaign alignment and effective content creation.
• Oversee the development and production of creative assets, including landing pages, email copy, advertising creatives, videos, and other marketing collateral.

• Act as a senior strategist and primary liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring alignment on ABM and Customer Upsell campaign priorities and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assist with Business Development and Sales Enablement programs by developing email templates, call scripts, content, and automated email workflows.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Utilize marketing automation platforms and ABM tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, and others) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and competitor activities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.


Experience needed for this role
• Solid progressive experience in campaign management, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms and ABM tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, and others) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment and experience in the FinTech or HR technology sector is a plus.
