Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or a strong business background with a degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant commercial or technical experience in purchasing, finance, logistics, supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and adapting to changes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing and commercial aspects of equipment for Body Welding Centers.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to define commodity strategies and sourcing programs.
• Develop and present strategic materials and data to senior management, including Senior Vice Presidents.
• Track program changes to ensure spending remains within budgeted approval levels.
• Manage all supplier relationships, including contract maintenance and achieving annual cost savings targets.
• Drive improvements and efficiency in the Indirect Purchasing department processes.
• Support the overall goals of the Global Indirect Purchasing department.
