  • Conduct current-state analysis of Clearance & Settlement applications, workflows, data flows, and business processes.
  • Identify simplification, automation, and modernization opportunities across complex legacy environments.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings, challenge assumptions, and align on future-state solutions.
  • Support Agile delivery by refining requirements, clarifying business logic, and ensuring development teams have the information needed for execution.
  • Use SQL and data analysis techniques to investigate application behavior, validate requirements, and support decision-making.
  • Lead workflow design discussions and contribute to user experience improvements where applicable.
  • Review effort estimates, timelines, risks, and dependencies with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify process gaps, control opportunities, and areas where automation can improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on requirements analysis, documentation standards, and project delivery best practices.
  • Create and maintain system documentation in alignment with company standards, governance practices, and risk/control expectations.

  • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or Db2.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data manipulation.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for both business and technical audiences.
