How you'll make an impact in this role- Serve as a subject matter expert and solution specialist on large-scale workforce management (WFM) projects, driving WFM analytics, insights, and high-quality solutions across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to map business workflows, identify HCP improvement initiatives and efficiency reporting opportunities, and align technology solutions with business needs.
- Manage paycode and work unit configurations, execute integrations (e.g., SFTP loads, Oracle), and maintain MOSAIC/CDM target mappings.
- Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets, system errors, user access/security updates, and daily volume file discrepancies while advising on HCP best practices and service delivery.
- Oversee acceptance testing, review payroll exceptions, and collaborate with Health Ministries and Labor Management teams to resolve pay and configuration issues.
- Track metrics and dashboards (including Tableau), manage system risks, and perform financial/ROI analysis to support project prioritization.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Master's degree preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale ERP or WFM system implementations in a healthcare setting.
- Hands-on proficiency as a UKG data expert, with deep experience in UKG Pro WFM, HCP, and Labor Management systems.
