Description:Sr. Business Process Specialist
A day in the life.
As our Sr. Business Process Specialist on the Operations team, you’ll support the organizational goals by providing technology, data analysis & systems training support to improving efficiency & effectiveness, maximizing the productivity and ease-of-use of the company’s workflow system and tools. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting outsourcing utilization, providing training to both outsourcing and internal colleagues on operational processes, and assisting with special projects that support overall business goals. Attention to detail, ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with impeccable follow-through is a must.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Minimum of three (3) years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty required
- Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Advanced knowledge of the agency operational procedures and the agency management system required
- Advanced in Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent preferred
- Experience in project management and knowledge of associated systems ideal
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
