Optimizes business operations by leading technology-enabled initiatives that strengthen vulnerability data governance, ServiceNow integration, assignment processes, and portfolio reporting. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and align operational outcomes with organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads technology-enabled operational initiatives, coordinating activities to improve efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identifies and implements process, technology, and reporting improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to communicate status, risks, discrepancies, and improvement plans.
• Analyzes performance metrics and portfolio reporting to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Manages vulnerability assignment rules and orphan queue processes to promote accurate ownership and timely routing of findings.
• Reviews vulnerability and software configuration management (SCM) data and maintains reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, availability, and portfolio alignment.
• Supports the integration of new vulnerability data sources and ServiceNow requirements, including assignment logic, while reducing false positives, unnecessary findings, and duplication across vulnerability types.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• As applicable, guides external partnerships and cost optimization efforts that support financial and organizational objectives.
• Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or related field.
• Experience in business operations, supplier coordination, cost management, or process improvement within a technology-driven environment.
• Experience with vulnerability management data, governance, reporting, or related cybersecurity operations.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations, assignment rules, queue management, and reporting workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to reconcile multiple data sources, improve data quality, and resolve reporting or integration discrepancies with technology leaders, vulnerability managers, and application teams.
