  • Demonstrate expertise in credit analysis and underwriting for complex business clients, including the ability to assess financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and risk factors in coordination with credit partners, and present recommendations to clients
  • Generate new business from existing or independently sourced new client relationships and work in close partnership with Relationship Managers to enable acquisition of the full client relationship
  • Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
  • Manage the sale of products or services within a specified district, territory or lending vertical
  • Select and develop referral sources, leads and contacts and participate in trade shows and sales events, as required
  • Provide management with appropriate and timely reporting and communications regarding lead generation, new transactions, forecast changes, market conditions and competitive issues
  • Ensure that all transactions from origination through close of deal are processed completely, accurately, in accordance with quality customer service standards and turn-times

  • Proven experience conducting consultative client conversations, assessing short- and long-term financial needs, and delivering tailored lending solutions across a range of secured products
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, partnering across Relationship Managers, underwriting, operations, and product teams to drive alignment and outcomes without direct authority
