Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly collaborative and strategic Senior Business Lead to join the Enterprise Risk Division Risk Reporting team. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts across the organization to develop executive-level presentations and insights on a broad range of risk management topics. The successful candidate will bring strong project management discipline, executive communication skills, business judgment, and a solid understanding of risk management and data analytics.

Our Impact:
  • Support the Chief Risk Officer and other executives in preparing Risk Report and other Board/Risk Committee/Enterprise Risk Committee materials to the Board Risk Committee and regulators.
  • Partner across divisions to support the Chief Risk Officer to collect data and synthesize materials for the annual Treasury Risk Management Plan.
  • Facilitate Enterprise Risk Division's financial disclosure reviews.


Your Impact:
  • Produce high-quality risk reporting that enables the Board, Risk Committee, regulators, and senior leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Partner across first- and second-line teams to gather data, identify emerging trends, and monitor changes in risk exposure.
  • Monitor housing industry trends, regulatory requirements, and internal strategies to provide timely, relevant insights to the Chief Risk Officer.
  • Support Enterprise Risk Committee activities and annual Treasury Risk Plan by coordinating agendas, materials, meeting preparations, and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct quality control on risk report data.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to incorporate data visualizations, automation, and advanced analytics into risk reports.
  • Distill complex risk information into clear, actionable insights for the Chief Risk Officer.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, business management, risk management, or a related discipline, with demonstrated project and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience developing and supporting risk reporting for senior leadership.
  • Working knowledge of Python, data visualization tools, or analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, or artificial intelligence applications is a plus.
  • CFA or FRM credential preferred.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $166,000 - $248,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
