Job Description:CUSTOMERProduce specialized reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards for businesses, with focus on understanding objectives and delivering insights for product design, customer engagement, account management, and business decision making.
Use various methodologies to rapidly generate impactful interactive visualizations, analytical outputs, and data solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume ad-hoc reporting environment.
Support the implementation of initiatives in support of overall business/function strategy, including complex and high-impact data and reporting initiatives.
Support end-to-end delivery by contributing to intake, prioritization, planning, and coordination of work across stakeholders and team members.
Conduct analysis to provide enhanced BI to inform management leadership team, including deep-dive analysis, trend identification, and interpretation of complex datasets.
Create complex BI reporting packages and dashboards utilizing enterprise data infrastructure, DataMarts, and external data sources, translating findings into clear and meaningful insights.
Validate the quality and integrity of data through detailed validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
Develop meaningful insights highlighting trends, anomalies, and business implications.
Work with business partners to understand objectives, clarify and help shape requirements, and translate them into analytical and data solutions.
Investigate and help resolve complex data issues through deep-dive analysis including debugging, impact assessment, and root cause analysis.
Operate effectively in ambiguous environments using strong analytical thinking to define problems and develop structured solutions.
Proactively identify and contribute to opportunities to automate, innovate, and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Manage multiple competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines while maintaining strong data integrity and stakeholder communication.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONMinimum 7+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles.
Strong experience with SQL and Python.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Posit.
Experience working with Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including deep-dive data investigation.
Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data and reporting solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience contributing to automation, innovation, and AI-driven initiatives.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills
