Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive enterprise analytics by delivering high-quality dashboards, insights, and data products. This role will play a critical part in modernizing our BI ecosystem, including the migration from Tableau to Power BI, while leveraging Snowflake as the centralized data platform.
The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and data modeling skills with hands-on experience in Tableau and Power BI, and partners closely with business stakeholders across functions to enable data-driven decision-making.

This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and analytics, supporting multiple domains such as Finance, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, R&D, Manufacturing, and Operations.
Key focus areas include:
• Migrating and re-engineering dashboards from Tableau to Power BI
• Leveraging Snowflake for curated, governed datasets
• Enabling self-service analytics through scalable semantic models
• Driving consistency in KPIs and business logic
This aligns with the enterprise's direction of moving business logic out of Tableau into Snowflake and modern BI platforms
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
  • Ensure consistent KPI definitions and metric standardization across dashboards
  • Rebuild and optimize reports in Power BI using modern best practices
  • Translate Tableau logic into SQL-based transformations within Snowflake
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and data models in Snowflake
  • Support medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers) for analytics-ready datasets
  • Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, performance, and reliability
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, R&D, Manufacturing, and HR
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across BI solutions
  • Document business logic, definitions, and data lineage
  • Apply governance standards to maintain trusted, certified datasets
  • Enable business users through certified datasets, reusable templates, and training
  • Promote adoption of Power BI and governed data models
  • Support transition to a self-service analytics model

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in data, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Tableau (development, data sources, calculations), Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, modeling) and SQL (advanced querying, performance tuning)
  • Experience working with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data modeling (dimensional modeling / semantic layer)
