Role Summary (Purpose of Job)
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics supporting the Revenue Operations function. The position focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making across funnel management, forecasting, pipeline performance, and revenue insights.
The analyst will partner closely with revenue operations, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through data visualization, ad hoc analysis, and scalable reporting solutions. This role will also support the creation of self-service analytics tools and standardized reporting frameworks to improve visibility into revenue performance and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks to support revenue operationsneeds, including funnel monitoring, pipeline health, and forecasting visibility.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions related to revenue trends, sales performance, and operational efficiency, translating findings into clear, actionable outputs.
- Support forecasting processes by providingreporting, trend analysis, and insights that help monitor performance and improve forecast visibility.
- Deliver data storytelling and insights to Revenue Operations leadership through clear visualizations and executive-ready reporting.
- Build and maintain funnel and pipeline analytics, including stage conversion, velocity analysis, and performance tracking across segments and teams.
- Supportthe development and ongoing tracking of sales performance metrics and KPIs, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle length, and revenue attainment.
- Deliverconsistent, standardized reporting to help monitor sales performance against established KPIs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Workwith Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to support KPI reporting needs and ensure metrics are accurately reflected in dashboards and recurring reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Data teams to support data needs, improve data quality, and enableaccurate and reliable reporting.
- Maintainand enhance reporting solutions by applying best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and scalability of dashboards and analytics.
- Support Salesforce (SFDC) and related systems analytics, ensuring data isstructured and available for reliable reporting and insights generation.
- Perform additional responsibilities and analytical projects as needed to support ongoing Revenue Operations reporting and analytics priorities.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
Critical Skills
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles supporting sales or revenue functions
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and transforming data into actionable insights
- Advanced SQL skills (T-SQL preferred)
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks (preferred)
- Strong experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, including dashboard design and data visualization best practices
- Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) data and reporting
- Strong understanding of revenue operations concepts (pipeline, funnel, forecasting, ARR, bookings, etc.)
- Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes

- Knowledge of healthcare or distribution industry a plus
This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
