CLA is looking to hire a Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our Product Team. the Product team drives the vision, strategy, and execution of technology solutions that improve how our people and clients work, leveraging data, innovation, and modern product practices.

About the role:

As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, you'll partner with leaders across the firm to turn complex data into actionable insights that support growth, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Analytics Strategy & Performance Measurement
  • Develop and enhance reporting and analytics strategies across the organization
  • Establish meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and measurement frameworks
  • Define metric methodologies, reporting standards, and governance practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on business performance and operational effectiveness


Generate Actionable Business Insights
  • Analyze operational, financial, customer, service, and project data
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analytics
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Develop predictive and forward-looking performance indicators that help leaders make informed decisions


Deliver Executive-Level Reporting
  • Create and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams
  • Develop tailored reporting solutions for operational teams and executives
  • Establish measurement approaches for new initiatives and business capabilities


Promote Data Quality & Governance
  • Partner with business and technology teams to improve data integrity and reporting consistency
  • Establish governance standards that drive trust in reporting
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Ensure reporting methodologies are scalable, repeatable, and sustainable


Influence Across the Business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functional areas
  • Lead analytical initiatives supporting operational excellence

  • Help foster a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Finance preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience required; in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance measurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to drive decisions through data


Preferred Experience
  • Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or related field
  • Experience supporting operational, business, financial, technology, or service organizations
  • Knowledge of KPI development and performance measurement practices
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives


Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • SQL
  • Databricks
  • ServiceNow
  • Advanced Excel
  • Business intelligence and reporting platforms
