Senior Business Development Manager - Medicare Home Health | Palm Beach CountyVertus HealthCare is seeking an experienced
Senior Business Development Manager to grow our Medicare Home Health services throughout Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities:- Generate Medicare Home Health referrals and grow patient census.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, rehab centers, case managers, and discharge planners.
- Build new referral partnerships and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct face-to-face sales visits and community outreach.
- Work closely with Intake and Clinical teams to support successful admissions.
Qualifications:- Proven Medicare Home Health sales/business development experience.
- Established book of business and strong Medicare referral relationships in Palm Beach County strongly preferred.
- Strong healthcare networking and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
