Director of Clinical Services to oversee clinical operations and support the delivery of high-quality Medicare Home Health services throughout Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care.
- Supervise and support nursing and therapy staff.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, regulatory, and agency requirements.
- Oversee OASIS, SOC, ROC, Recertification, Discharge, and clinical documentation.
- Monitor quality, patient outcomes, chart audits, and QAPI activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, Intake, and other departments.
- Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to field clinicians.
Qualifications:- Current Florida RN license.
- Medicare-certified Home Health experience required.
- Previous clinical leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OASIS and Medicare Home Health requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
