Job DescriptionDomain SME - Credit Card Conversion & product launch - - Lead deployment planning and execution for the product launch and portfolio conversion, TSYS to TSYS
- Own the integrated deployment plan and master activities, including workstream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking for internal TD and external vendor teams
- Coordinate all pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution
- Coordinate all production product launch activities, including the pilot and customer rollout
- Oversee delivery of new product features being introduced on the target platform.
- Drive deployment governance, risk management, and executive reporting through production implementation for the product launch and conversion workstreams
- Toronto-based role with a minimum of four days per week on-site.
