Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as a Lead Business Analyst or functional lead in Agile environments.
• Strong skills in translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Proven track record of managing projects from concept through to successful delivery.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence systems for effective solutioning.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities.
• Familiarity with process improvement and workflow documentation methodologies.
• Proficient in tools like Jira and Confluence for Agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Manage product backlogs to ensure clarity and prioritization of requirements.
• Lead initiatives in requirements gathering, change management, and continuous delivery.
• Identify and address process improvement opportunities to enhance project success.
• Support user acceptance testing to ensure deliverables meet user requirements.
• Contribute to contract deliverables on a monthly basis as needed.
• Coordinate with diverse data team roles for effective solution design and execution.
