Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, with a preference for candidates who have led projects.
• Insurance industry experience focusing on Life and Annuities (L&A) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of policy administration, illustration, and underwriting processes in Life and Health insurance is required.
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and documentation is essential.
• Familiarity with configurable enterprise systems is necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for effective collaboration.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and SaaS solutions relevant to insurance delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering systems and technology requirements for integration projects.
• Provide expert guidance to the business analysis team and act as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Define system scope and objectives, producing functional design specifications based on user needs.
• Develop software/system scripts and workarounds for defined technical issues.
• Review test plans and conduct testing of Sapiens solutions to ensure requirement coverage.
• Facilitate quality reviews of requirement documentation to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforcing updates as needed.
