Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field; or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis and technology/data discovery.
• Experience implementing processes for IT portfolio support.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, Smartsheets, or Microsoft Project.
• 2+ years of experience in program reporting/analytics and data analysis.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and business process optimization.
• User experience (UX) skills including research, testing, task analysis, and process design.

Responsibilities

• Collect and manage functional requirements and user stories for application development.
• Work with business and mission unit stakeholders as well as technical teams.
• Plan, execute, and measure projects using project management tools.
• Implement and document processes supporting the IT portfolio.
• Analyze data and provide insights through reporting to senior audiences.
• Optimize business processes based on stakeholder feedback and analysis.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
