Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (PMP | OCM | CSM)

Location(s): Washington, DC/Chantilly, VA

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contractx

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis, technology, and data discovery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both business and mission unit stakeholders, as well as technical staff, to collect and manage functional requirements and user stories for application development and systems integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least six (6) years' experience in business analysis and technology/data discovery work.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing processes to support an IT portfolio.
  • Utilize program and project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, Smartsheets, or Microsoft Project to plan, execute, and measure projects.
  • At least two (2) years demonstrated experience in program reporting/analytics, dashboarding, data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to senior audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and business process optimization.
  • Demonstrated user experience (UX) skills including user research and testing, task analysis, process design, and/or wireframing.

Required Qualifications:
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMI PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe Agile Leader, SAFe Agile Practitioner).
  • Organizational Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
