  • Establish a weekly integrated scheduling process for collective reporting across multiple programs.
  • Administer change control processes, ensuring effective management and oversight.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Senior Business Analyst- Planner Scheduler to contribute to our mission supporting our work at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions in Aiken, SC.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare schedules, performance monitoring status, and management reports whichidentify variance in execution strategy, provide timely feedback and recommend solutions to management to improve or mitigate problems affecting schedule.
  • Support program/project teams in all phases of the project. Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules to include resource loading analysis.
  • Create and maintain high level integrated Roadmap/Presentation schedules in Milestones Pro driven directly by P6 for use in meetings with integrated teams including key stakeholders such as NNSA customers.
  • Effectively create and manage weekly integrated scheduling process for common reporting for multiple project program.
  • Serves as Change Control Administrator which includes management and oversight of the change control process
Education and Licensure
  • A master’s degree in business, construction management, technical, engineering or a related area and 2 years of practical experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, technical, engineering or a related area and 5 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent OR
  • An associate degree and 8 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent OR
  • A high school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience would also be considered equivalent
Skills, Experience and Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At leastyears of relevant experience supporting commercial or federal science nuclear engineering, orother task relevant programs or projects. (Required)
  • Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. (required)
  • Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. (required)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & LOCATION DETAILS:

  • Certifications in Primavera 6 (Preferred)
  • Aiken, South Carolina - onsite position
