About This Job

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Commerce Trust's workflow automation initiatives, including more than 20 workflow implementations and related Business Unit Workflows within Salesforce. This role serves as the primary business lead and is responsible for workflow discovery, requirements definition, solution design, document generation and output requirements, backlog management, testing, user acceptance activities, pilot execution, training delivery support, deployment readiness, and business adoption.

Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, Salesforce resources, vendors, and project leadership, the analyst will own the planning, coordination, and execution of workflow initiatives from concept through implementation. The role is responsible for ensuring workflow solutions align with business objectives, integrate effectively across platforms, and deliver measurable improvements to operational efficiency, transparency, and user experience.

This position requires a highly engaged and accountable professional who can organize complex initiatives, drive teams toward delivery commitments, facilitate productive stakeholder discussions, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges. The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis expertise with project leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful execution of workflow automation initiatives and adoption across the organization. Experience within wealth management, trust administration, investment management, or related financial services environments is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will:
  • Take ownership of workflow initiatives and drive them from planning through implementation.
  • Develop and maintain actionable plans, priorities, and backlogs.
  • Lead requirements gathering, workflow design, testing, pilot programs, and user acceptance efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, business leaders, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, adjusting plans and priorities as needed.
  • Foster collaboration while confidently challenging assumptions and driving informed decision-making.
  • Ensure workflow implementations deliver business value and support long-term operational goals.
  • Establish trusted partnerships across business and technology teams through accountability, responsiveness, and execution.


*Hybrid Schedule: In office full time for the first 90 days, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in office
