Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can lead the acquisition integration and modernization tasks for The Secretary of the Air Force Acquisition Capability Division. The analyst will provide technical, administrative, and digital support to operate, maintain, update, integrate, and enhance Government directed acquisition capabilities across the Department of the Air Force through the Modernized Process Model (MPM), associated metadata, the MPM AI Prompt Library, Government approved AI enabled acquisition tools, digital knowledge resources, supporting documentation, workforce training, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of Government approved acquisition guidance and technologies.
This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Operate, maintain, and update the Department of the Air Force Modernized Process Model (DAF MPM), ensuring the tool reflects current acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and Government approved guidance.
. Maintain the Government owned MPM by incorporating approved updates, adding new content, removing obsolete content, and verifying the accuracy of associated documentation. Routine updates shall be completed within 5 business days of Government approval, unless an alternate timeline is mutually agreed upon due to system complexity.
. Provide technical and administrative support for Government directed acquisition program activities.
. Collect and organize information, maintain supporting documentation, and support reviews involving requirements, risks, alternatives, trade offs, feasibility, and acquisition execution. This includes supporting formal program milestones, peer reviews, and risk assessment boards.
. Review newly issued acquisition guidance, identify required Government approved MPM updates, and implement approved changes within the MPM within 5 business days of the guidance publication date.
. Coordinate and facilitate Government directed working groups with SAF/AQX to review planned updates and document approved actions affecting the MPM.
. Conduct on demand virtual MPM training for the acquisition workforce, including introductory instruction for new users and update sessions covering recent changes.
. Engineer, validate, and manage the lifecycle of the Government's MPM AI Prompt Library and its associated AI enabled workflows. To ensure operational readiness and compliance, the Contractor shall align these reusable prompts and workflows with current acquisition guidance, MPM content, and user roles. These digital assets must directly support core mission activities, including acquisition documentation development, requirements reviews, guidance integration, process execution, and user navigation of MPM resources.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Minimum 10 years of related experience
. Master's or bachelor's with equivalent experience (Business Admin, Finance, MIS)
. US Citizenship and active Secret clearance required
. CBAP (Business Analysis) Certification
. Personnel assigned to program support tasks shall maintain a professional certification equivalent to DAWIA Program Management Practitioner level (or civilian equivalent, such as PMP).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 $245,500.00.
