Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization

What does a successful Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization do at Fiserv?

As a successful Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization, you will serve as the primary resource responsible for documenting current-state and future-state PEP+ processes, facilitating requirements gathering, supporting implementation activities and ultimately assuming ownership of these initiatives across both organizations.

What you will do:
  • Provide end-to-end support and ownership for the following active system optimization efforts: Same day settlement, ACH Optimization and file changes, ACH credit push and reinitiation enhancements
  • Establish comprehensive documentation of PEP+ business processes and workflows
  • Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository across both organizations
  • Ensure business requirements remain aligned with technical implementation
  • Support issue resolution, testing, and process optimization activities
  • Reduce dependency on technical SMEs for business analysis functions
  • Communicate directly with Credit One's Product Owner and facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners
  • Provide long-term ownership and governance for post-implementation enhancements

  • Ability to work in, Las Vegas, NV
  • Familiarity with Finxact and Savana platforms

Salary Range
$111,000.00 - $188,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
