Leads broker engagement strategies and outreach programs that drive agent and broker relationships, market penetration, and member acquisition. Applies advanced knowledge of broker ecosystems, payer markets, and marketing best practices to design and execute initiatives with measurable business impact. The Senior Broker Engagement Analyst works independently on enterprise-impact projects with limited supervision. Decisions impact project- and program-level outcomes. This job sets direction on methods and approach within the broker engagement domain and influences policies and procedures within the function, applying advanced subject-matter expertise to problems that span teams and processes. How will you make an impact & Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the design and execution of broker engagement programs targeting agents, FMOs, and channel partners in assigned markets. • Develop strategies and materials that support broker education, sales enablement, and product positioning. • Build and manage relationships with key broker and FMO contacts, serving as a primary point of contact for engagement activities. • Analyze engagement data and market performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement. • Coordinate with sales, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure broker programs align with regulatory requirements and business goals. • Manage event planning and execution for broker conferences, training sessions, and market activation activities.
