As a Senior Structural Engineer in our Bridge, Civil and Offshore Structures team, you will be leading and crafting critical transportation, energy, coastal and marine infrastructure! The team is currently working on large span bridge crossings, underground tunnels and shafts for various critical transportation and energy projects across the western hemisphere!
This position will be based out of ourHoustonoffice.
The Opportunity - Design structural elements.
- Prepare and review drawings detailing the systems crafted.
- System design calculations.
- Develop Analysis Models and Calculations (scripting, code writing).
- Report Writing.
- Lead design work on defined tasks under the close supervision of a project director.
- Project Management of single or multidiscipline projects, leading local and regional design teams.
- Management of client interface.
Is this role right for you?- Master's degree or higher in Structural or Seismic Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in practice in heavy infrastructure concrete and steel design and engineering.
- SE Registration is a plus; PE designation is desired.
- Collaboration demands strong communication skills; excellent planning and organization abilities, which are vital for our fast-paced setting.
- Must be highly motivated, proactive, and willing to tackle new challenges.

Houston, Texas, United States Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Houston is USD $127,000 to $140,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note that hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Houston will differ.
