about the team

The North America Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating brand marketing efforts across all channels to deliver guest communication for the North America business.

As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will report into the Sr. Manager, NA Brand, and be responsible for bringing the lululemon brand to our guests through various campaigns across a variety of channels. At the center of the marketing organization, the Senior Brand Manager role is an experienced marketer providing leadership across all marketing channels and brand creative, bringing to life innovative integrated campaigns across brand, partnerships and sports moments. They elevate all initiatives with sound business strategies, that invite strong partnership and co-creation leading cross functional workstreams to deliver a seamless guest journey.

  • Refine and evolve the North America Brand Marketing Strategy
  • Leading large scale and complex marketing initiatives/campaigns requiring development of strategy, cross functional marketing plans and execution of integrated omni-channel campaigns.
  • Lead cross functional partner enrolment, manage key gates, and ensure any partnership integrations & partnership-led moments are resourced, planned for and executed.
  • Develop strong and clear creative briefs that inspire creative teams and drive impact, including insight development, competitor and market trends, category opportunities, establishing campaign objective + KPIs, target audience, and messaging hierarchy.
  • Support creative development with internal or external agencies, providing strategic advice rooted in clear business & brand needs and acting as key stakeholder on-set
  • Lead large-scale, complex marketing initiatives, developing strategy, cross-functional marketing plans and executing integrated omni-channel campaigns.
  • Inform Global brand strategies with regional insights, developing localized marketing plans and messaging architecture that guide the consumer journey for deploying global initiatives in North America.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital, Social, PR, Community, Sports Marketing) to execute best-in-class campaigns and enhance the consumer experience across various touchpoints.
  • Manage Project Roadmap/Timeline, Budget Tracking, and Deliverables Lists with the support of a Brand Specialist, while setting and driving KPIs, measuring, and reporting results and learnings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and 8-10 years of experience in marketing or agency roles, within the Retail, Apparel, Sport, or product marketing sectors, with global market experience/knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of brand and product marketing, leveraging guest and product insights to drive omnichannel initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Energetic, creative thinker with a strong grasp of future marketing trends, culture, and competitive dynamics.
  • Extensive experience in creative brief development and collaboration with creative teams/agencies, including on-set work.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and rally cross-functional teams as a passionate storyteller.
  • Experience with project management tools (ie, Smarsheet) and timeline development
  • Adaptable and positive in managing changing priorities and changing deliverables or business needs
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and comfort with ambiguity, along with experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
  • Active engagement with trends in sport, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment culture.
  • Experience working with professional athletes, celebrity talent, or top tier influencers is valued

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$103,500-$135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
