Why we want youWe're seeking a self-motivated, multidisciplinary Brand Designer to join the Owner design team. This individual will work hand in hand with our Creative Director as a founding member of the brand studio team, crafting the cohesive and scalable brand systems that connect with Owner's customers across various touchpoints including campaigns, events, packaging, digital products, and publications. This role offers an unprecedented opportunity to shape Owner's story and convey our mission of helping business owners battle their goliaths.
Where we workOwner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the US or Canada (exc. Quebec). For SF based candidates: we have a beautiful office in the Presidio for optional in-person collaboration.
What you'll do- Design and evolve scalable brand systems, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and cultural relevance across all surfaces and touchpoints.
- Develop innovative concepts and storytelling strategies that drive brand expression and inform system design, setting new standards for quality and impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and external agencies, to deliver creative solutions aligned with business and user goals.
- Manage high-profile projects from concept to delivery, maintaining a strategic and hands-on approach to ensure timely, polished outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to inspire and inform design decisions.
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in every aspect of design and production, from asset creation to final execution.
What we're looking for- 7+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or a related field, ideally within technical or product-driven companies.
- Proven expertise in creating and scaling brand systems that span digital and physical mediums.
- A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and execution of brand systems and campaigns.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing agencies, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits- The estimated base salary range for this role is $190K-$220K, depending on experience and location. The offer also includes a a generous pre-IPO equity package.
- We are hiring across Senior, Stafflevels in 2026. While a base salary range is listed, final compensation and leveling are determined holistically based on experience, impact, and role scope. Total compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits.
