Full Job Description
You are the first senior creative inside the company, and the person who turns the system into work people see: campaigns, films, photography, social, web, decks, and the signage inside a partner venue that turns a curious guest into a first session. You design, you art direct shoorts, and you push each execution past the safe version. Craft is the priority, and the standard is set by what makes someone want a session.

You will also build the pipeline that lets a small team produce a lot, working with our brand agency, production partners, design studios, motion and 3D specialists, and freelance capacity. Much of the volume ships through people outside the building, and part of the job is making all of it look like one brand.

You will report to the VP of Growth and Marketing and sit at the creative center of the marketing organization, working daily with product marketing, integrated marketing, content, and partner operations. Externally, you are the design counterpart to our brand agency, our video production partner, our PR agency, and a rotating bench of design, motion, and print resources. Aescape is live across Equinox, Life Time, Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, and a growing set of recovery and social wellness venues, so your work reaches the field within weeks of shipping.

What we are looking for you to move

The creative work is a direct input to two business outcomes. You are accountable for creative performance against them, alongside product, offer, lifecycle, and venue experience.
  • Table sales. Partner, sales, and investor surfaces carry the authority of a category owner, and give the commercial team creative assets they are confident bringing into a room.
  • Consumer utilization. Adaptive Body Therapy lands emotionally before it needs explaining. Guests recognize it, want it, and build a weekly routine around it. Creative measurably contributes to first session conversion and repeat rate.
  • Craft. The work gets better every quarter, and the bar moves with it.
  • Consistency. Every surface we control, and every partner surface we influence, reads as one brand.

What You'll Do
  • Make the category desirable : Concept and art direct the work that gives Adaptive Body Therapy a look, a feeling, and a place in culture. Campaign platforms, films, social, and environments. Bring points of view we have not considered.
  • Bring the brand system to life : Work alongside the agency while the brand operating system is in development, then extend it into practice: type, color, motion, photography direction, layout logic, iconography, and the templates that make it repeatable. Build guidelines people reach for and use.
  • Design and art direct across surfaces : Hands on work across social, paid, lifecycle, web, deck, print, and in venue. Art direct external production partners through shoots and edits, from concept to final delivery, with our content and video teams.
  • Design the moment of discovery : Signage, wayfinding, table surround, and the physical cues in a partner venue that turn a curious guest into a first session. Take print and fabrication through spec, proof, and install.
  • Keep the brand coherent as it scales : Help set and hold the creative standard. Review partner and co-brand creative, give partner teams toolkits and guardrails that let them execute locally while the brand stays singular, and brief external resources clearly enough that their work arrives on brand.
  • Build the pipeline that makes volume possible : Asset architecture, version control, template libraries, and an intake and review flow that lets marketing move at campaign speed. Scope and brief external design and production partners, and flex freelance capacity as demand moves.

What You'll Bring
  • A portfolio with a distinct point of view. We are looking at taste first: concepts you originated, work you art directed, brands that felt different because you touched them.
  • 7+ years in visual or brand design, with real campaign and brand platform work behind you. Agency and in house both welcome.
  • Evidence you can define a look for something new. Category creation, brand launch, or repositioning where the visual language did not exist yet.
  • Strong art direction instincts across photography, film, and motion. You can cast, brief, be on set, and shape an edit.
  • Craft that holds up in front of a creative director and an investor in the same week.
  • Comfort designing inside a system, and the judgment to know when the system should stretch
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. Motion literacy is a plus, motion capability more so.
  • Working knowledge of presentation and document systems, since decks and docs carry weight here.
  • Experience collaborating with an external brand agency from the client side, and taking a system forward once it hands off.
  • Enough operational fluency to build a pipeline that keeps output moving without slowing the work down.
  • Directness. You lead with a recommendation, you defend it with reasoning, and you move when the answer changes.

Nice To have
  • Wellness, fitness, hospitality, sports performance, longevity, or premium consumer hardware.
  • Multi partner or franchise environments where brand travels through someone else's venue.
  • Motion, 3D, or CGI capability in house.
  • Environmental, retail, or spatial design experience.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle and email design systems.

What's In It For You
  • Join a trailblazing robotics and AI company building the future of recovery
  • The chance to make a difference with a product that empowers healthier and happier living
  • Team culture driven by passion, ambition, empowerment, inclusion, curiosity, and fun!
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare coverage for employees with generous coverage for eligible dependents
  • Flexible time off
  • Quarterly Wellness Days - everyone fully unplugs
  • Generous parental leave
  • Complimentary OneMedical membership
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Home office budget
  • Annual stipend for professional development
  • Working late? Dinner is on us
  • Complimentary Aescape recovery sessions for yourself, friends & family
  • Compensation: Base salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually, plus discretionary annual bonus, plus equity grant commensurate with the role and company stage. Full-time employees are also eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and paid parental leave.
