  • Utilize BAS communication protocols including BACnet and Modbus.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills for system issues.
  • Analyze and interpret schematics for BAS controls.

  • Analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS controls.
  • Create BAS system graphics.
  • Manage and oversee BAS/BMS via in-office computers.
  • Repair and replace all parts associated to the BAS/BMS.
