Full Job Description
You Keep the Machines-and the Care-Running

You've mastered medical equipment. Now lead from the front-where your expertise shapes how an entire team delivers care.

What You'll Do
  • Own uptime: diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily.
  • Lead in the field: guide technicians, run huddles, and keep service delivery sharp and on track.
  • Raise the bar: train others, solve the problems no one else can, and turn lessons into better systems.
  • Be the bridge: translate technical reality into clear updates for nurses, doctors, and leadership.

You're Our Person If...
  • You step in, not back, when equipment fails or the path isn't clear.
  • You enjoy teaching others as much as solving the issue yourself.
  • You see patterns in problems-and fix the root, not just the symptom.
  • You're as comfortable with people as you are with circuits and code.

Why Us
You won't just maintain equipment-you'll influence how care is delivered across departments. We trust our Senior Technicians to lead projects, shape operations, and improve how the team works every day.
