We are currently seeking an exceptional Global Senior Benefits Administrator here at Incora.

The Global Senior Benefits Administrator is a key member of the Total Rewards team responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of employee benefits across multiple countries. This role partners closely with vendors, brokers, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure programs are compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with our Total Rewards philosophy.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on benefits operations expert who thrives in complex, multi‑country environments and is highly proficient in HRIS/benefits administration platforms. They provide best‑in‑class employee support, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and empathy across health, wellness, retirement, and leave management. This role significantly impacts the employee experience by serving as a trusted global resource for benefits guidance, compliance, and care.

About Role:

  • Administer health & welfare, retirement, time-off, insured, and voluntary benefits across the U.S. and international markets (EMEA, APAC, LatAm).
  • Manage eligibility, enrollments, life events, terminations, and data corrections with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot eligibility rules, life‑event logic, and HRIS/payroll interfaces.
  • Partner with Payroll on deductions, arrears, refunds, taxable benefits, retroactivity, and reconciliations.
  • Support global benefits renewals, implementations, plan updates, and data feed testing.
  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with carriers, ben‑admin platforms, and brokers.

  • erformance, SLAs, and data feed accuracy; lead regular vendor reviews and corrective actions.
  • Support market reviews, benchmarking, renewals, and RFPs.
  • Ensure administration compliance with global requirements (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR, local statutory rules, Works Council requirements).
  • Support audits, nondiscrimination testing, and SOC/ISAE controls.
  • Maintain plan documents, SPDs, SBCs, notices, and country‑specific evidence of coverage.
  • Maintain SOX‑ready processes, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Administer U.S. leave of absence and workers' compensation programs; manage cases and partner with Prudential and Health & Safety.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing for all leaves.
  • Administer 401(k) funding and reporting; ensure accuracy of contributions and timely funding.
  • Manage benefits invoicing and ensure timely payment of suppliers.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for benefits and leave inquiries, maintaining SLAs and quality standards.
  • Deliver clear, empathetic communications including guides, FAQs, orientation materials, and open enrollment content.
  • Facilitate benefit webinars, and country‑specific education sessions.
  • Primary Wellness program manager focusing on promoting engagement and provider‑supported programming
  • Lead annual open enrollment end‑to‑end.
  • Support M&A diligence and integration, including benefits mapping, transition planning, and communications.
  • Analyze program utilization and cost trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Draft and deliver clear, empathetic benefits communications: guides, microsite content/FAQs, OE materials, and manager toolkits.
  • Facilitate benefits orientations, webinars, and country-specific education sessions aligned with local practices and cultures.
  • About You:

  • Global benefits experience, including renewals, RFPs, benchmarking, or M&A integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Workday or similar HRIS experience; strong systems proficiency.
  • Experience in complex, matrixed global organizations.
  • Professional certifications preferred (CEBS, GBA, CBP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM‑CP/SCP).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of global benefits and rewards practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of progressive benefits administration experience, including U.S. health & welfare and retirement; 2+ years supporting international benefits preferred.
  • Global benefits exposure across EMEA/APAC/Latin Am; experience with retirement plans outside the U.S. (e.g., UK pension)
  • Experience with benefits renewals, RFPs, plan design benchmarking, or M&A integrations.
  •   Demonstrated vendor/ben-admin platform experience, including EDI/API file management and issue resolution.
  • Hands-on HRIS experience (e.g., Workday,) and case/ticketing systems
  • Desired professional certifications (CEBS, GBA, CBP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).
  • Experience with Works Council engagement and employee representative bodies.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and familiarity with international statutory frameworks; comfort working with Legal/Privacy on GDPR.
  •   Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, audits) and strong data quality discipline.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to manage deadlines across time zones.
  •   Ability to collaborate across global time zones; occasional early/late meetings.
