Senior Banking Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-Office)

Job Type: Full-Time Exempt

Salary: $125,000/YR + Commission

About the Role

The Senior Banking Specialist is a production-focused role responsible for driving new deposit growth across First Western Trust's footprint. This position targets high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, privately held businesses, and family offices, with an annual new deposit production goal of $10-20 million. You'll structure tailored deposit and treasury solutions that support client liquidity, operations, and long-term relationships. This role partners closely with Profit Center teams while remaining focused on origination rather than ongoing service.

What You'll Do
  • Source, acquire, and grow deposit relationships with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, trusts, and family offices.
  • Achieve annual new deposit production targets of $10-20 million across personal, business, and trust accounts.
  • Structure customized deposit and treasury management solutions aligned with client liquidity, cash flow, and operational needs.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of First Western's deposit products, treasury offerings, value proposition, and competitive market dynamics.
  • Partner with Profit Center teams including relationship bankers, private bankers, and treasury and wealth partners to deliver comprehensive solutions and deepen relationships.
  • Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline through networking, community involvement, CRM documentation, and regular performance reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance.
