Role Overview:This role is for a highly experienced developer specializing in AVEVA MES and Wonderware software within the digital manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle development, implementation, and support of MES solutions, focusing on core modules like Operations, Quality, and Performance. The position requires deep technical knowledge and functional understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing execution systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate functional understanding of MES modules, including operation, performance, and quality.
- Apply experience with Aveva System Platform, Wonderware/Aveva Historian, and Object integration server.
- Utilize knowledge of ISA-95, ISA-88, and MESA standards in project implementations.
- Map functional requirements to various Aveva MES modules effectively.
- Understand controls and automation technologies such as OPC, PLCs, SCADA, and various integration methods.
- Perform SQL scripting and query development.
- Engage in .NET programming and Cdevelopment within the MES environment.
- Develop and support web programming interfaces using technologies like JavaScript, CSS, JSON, JQuery, Web API, HTML5, and REST API.
- Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including query and view design.
Required Skills:- Extensive experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES core modules and CMES.
- Proficiency with AVEVA / Wonderware software, specifically AVEVA MES Modules (Performance, Operations, Quality), AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA Work Tasks (Skelta BPM), and AVEVA MDM.
- Proven experience as a developer on at least one full lifecycle MES project using Aveva MES.
- Strong background in Software Development, Implementation, and Support on Aveva Wonderware MES, particularly for Operation, Quality, and Performance modules.
- Experience with MES environment setup and platform readiness.
- Expertise in Cand .NET development environment.
- Strong SQL scripting and query knowledge.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be a US Citizen (USC) or Green Card holder (GC); no Visa candidates.
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of Industrial Automation & Networking.
- Experience with Web Programming Interface technologies including JavaScript, CSS, JSON, JQuery, Web API, HTML5, and REST API.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, optimized SQL Query, and View Design.
