Purpose:The AV/VTC Senior-Level Specialist provides advanced audiovisual, video conferencing, and multimedia support for a large federal enterprise environment. This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, integration, and support of AV/VTC systems across headquarters and multiple field locations, while serving as a centralized point of contact for complex AV/VTC requests and live-event support.
Responsibilities: - Operate, maintain, integrate, and support enterprise AV, video conferencing, and multimedia production systems.
- Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Poly RealPresence, and related VTC/collaboration platforms.
- Serve as a centralized point of contact for AV/VTC requests and incidents.
- Track, troubleshoot, and resolve AV/VTC service tickets across headquarters and field locations.
- Support live and virtual events, including town halls, executive meetings, webinars, conferences, and training sessions.
- Perform live switching, audio mixing, recording, and streaming.
- Support break-out rooms, virtual meeting coordination, and presenter needs.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AV/VTC equipment.
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within established timeframes.
- Configure and troubleshoot AV-over-IP, DSPs, control systems, projection equipment, LED displays, cameras, microphones, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain signal-flow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Support Cisco and Poly conference-room platforms across a multi-site environment.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting a comparable enterprise AV/VTC environment.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or multi-site operations strongly preferred.
- Experience with enterprise AV/VTC equipment, collaboration platforms, live production, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Poly, AV-over-IP, DSP, control systems, cameras, displays, and projection technology.
- AVIXA CTS and/or CTS-I certification preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.
