What We're Looking For- A highly qualified attorney with strong experience in corporate law and venture capital financings.
- Outstanding academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable Top 20 law firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bar admission (or immediate eligibility) in the location of the resident office.
