As a workforce consultant at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
The Opportunity: As a Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that'll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn't limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of client engagements;
- Work with our PwC and client teams on client engagements from strategy through to implementation;
- Be a part of client engagements with PwC teams as well as client teams;
- Help manage your client engagement economics and delivery excellence;
- Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads
- Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network;
- Keep up to date with developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, contributing to thought leadership; and
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
What You'll Bring: Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
- 3 to 5 years of experience, and successful delivery in one or more of the following areas: Client change engagements; Development and/or implementation of operating models; Assessing the impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase readiness, shorten implementation and achieve results; Stakeholder engagement and communications using a range of techniques and media; Assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts; and Experience with facilitation, design thinking and co-creation internally or with clients.

- Able to multi-task and manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the client site;
- Will to learn, adopt and lead new ways of doing things (think personas, journey mapping, gamification etc);

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
