ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking candidates with transfer pricing experience who have worked with US-headquartered and foreign-headquartered multinational groups. The opportunity will include working with CBIZ team members and client personnel virtually or at the client location. As a part of our National Tax Office (NTO), this practice is the Center of Excellence for all International Tax and Transfer Pricing projects covering all aspects of the transfer pricing lifecycle including planning, implementation, compliance and controversy support.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties- Plans, schedules and execute transfer pricing projects under supervision from senior members of the Transfer Pricing team
- Assist in researching, developing analyses, and delivering transfer pricing projects that include planning, compliance documentation and controversy support engagements
- Participate in client interviews to gather information that forms the basis of analyses in transfer pricing deliverables provided to clients
- Has experience with commonly used sources of information such as TP Catalyst, Capital IQ, Royalty Range, Bloomberg IBIS World among others to perform research and develop arm's length analyses
- Analyze financial and economic data for using statistical sampling packages and include in transfer pricing analyses and deliverables as appropriate.
- Review and analyze U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial statements
- Collaborate with other specialist service groups within NTO and teams in the Regions to provide transfer pricing services to clients
- Assist Transfer Pricing Leadership team with various practice development initiatives on an as-required basis
- Has experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and platforms in performing and delivering work
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation, Business, Economics or related field preferred
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- CPA candidates preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
