Job Title: Senior Associate, Trade Compliance

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade Compliance team to understand the requirements and objectives of the AI tool.
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of the AI tool to support export and import shipments.
  • Analyze shipment documentation to identify common discrepancies and compliance issues.
  • Develop algorithms to match shipment documentation accurately and flag potential trade violations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of the AI tool to ensure its effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Provide support in training team members on the use of the AI tool and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Learn various global trade regulations and ensure the AI tool complies with the latest standards.


Qualifications:
  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or have completed their master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.


Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Interest in global trade compliance and international logistics is a plus.
