Note: Disclosure as required by NJ/NY Pay Transparency Law of the expected salary compensation range for this role. What you will be doing: Taking responsibility for the project testing activities. This includes - Test Management: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to compliance standards. Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality. - Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure thorough test coverage and successful project outcomes. - Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and create guidelines to maintain high compliance standards. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in projects, ensuring compliance with standards. Contribute to governance and process control initiatives. - Collaboration: Build and maintain internal working relationships with colleagues and senior team members. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Continuous Development: Enhance strategic planning skills and develop structured career development plans. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. - Taking responsibility for the support for other departments' use of the testing environments, where required. For example - assisting business staff in performing UAT - Sharing technical knowledge within the team What we're looking for: - At least 2 years of strong practical experience of executing Testing initiatives within either functional or non-functional areas - Hands-on experience of delivering complex IT change projects in a fast-moving organization - Extensive Software Testing experience, including roles within at least 5 medium to large projects - Experience of managing or working with teams within an offshore service model - Experience in producing various Test artefacts including Test Strategy / Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts - Experience in Defect Management Professional qualifications / certifications Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Our commitment to employees: At CLS, we celebrate inclusion and consider this to be one of our strongest assets.
