How will you make an impact:

The Senior Associate, Strategy & Transformation will play a key role in accelerating enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that leverage Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Process Excellence to improve operational performance and business outcomes.

Working closely with Transformation Leads and business stakeholders, this role will help identify transformation opportunities, analyze business operations, support AI-enabled initiatives, and provide the analytical foundation for executive decision making. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business consulting, program management, and process improvement capabilities to help organizations rethink how work gets done.

This individual will operate across multiple business functions, supporting small- to medium-sized transformation programs while helping develop scalable methodologies, frameworks, dashboards, and reporting standards that enable sustainable enterprise transformation.

What will you do:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand current-state operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business value through AI, automation, and process redesign.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to document business challenges, operational pain points, and future-state opportunities.
  • Support business teams in reimagining operating models and developing transformation roadmaps.
  • Review process mining outputs (e.g., Mimica reports) to identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and transformation use cases.
  • Quantify potential operational, financial, and productivity impact of identified opportunities.
  • Develop executive-ready analyses that communicate findings, recommendations, and expected business outcomes.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items across transformation programs.
  • Prepare executive status reports, presentations, and governance materials.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into transformation initiatives, business value, adoption, and program performance.
  • Generate recurring executive reports highlighting program progress, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify trends and insights that inform transformation priorities and investment decisions.
  • Help design and maintain enterprise standards, playbooks, templates, and frameworks that enable scalable transformation execution.


Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, operations, strategy, business analysis, program management, or process improvement.


Knowledge and qualifications
  • Expertise in process mapping, process improvement, and business process redesign.
  • Ability to analyze complex workflows and design future-state processes that optimize people, process, technology, and data.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, interviewing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to elicit requirements, navigate ambiguity, and synthesize information from diverse perspectives.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand complex business operations, dependencies, and organizational challenges.
  • Structured approach to problem solving, process analysis, and requirements development.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems, data ecosystems, integrations, and technology architectures.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, workflow, and data platforms and their impact on business processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable process documentation, business requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable partnering with business stakeholders, architects, developers, product teams, and data professionals to design and implement effective solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $91,700.00-$123,050.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
