Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, environmental science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3-6+ years of experience in renewables (Solar/BESS/Wind) transactions.
• Ability to effectively support simultaneous workflow from deal origination to structuring and closing.
• Experience with project finance and tax equity across multiple structures.
• Preference for a hybrid working model close to an existing office such as NYC, Saint Louis, or New Orleans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Implement the originations and execution strategy for financing renewable energy projects.
• Support the structuring and negotiation of financial agreements to manage risk.
• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in renewable energy sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
• Engage with a high-performing team in the financing of renewable energy opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed on industry trends.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
