You will be working directly with leading private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry under the guidance and direction from our experienced team of industry veterans. You will be facilitating our service offering by assisting, performing, and reviewing the following:

What you'll do
  • You'll support IQEQ client leads across multiple Private Equity funds in diverse industries.
  • You'll collaborate with your manager, team, and support functions to meet client expectations and deliverables on time.
  • You'll apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
  • You'll prepare and review key financial tasks, including journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.
  • You'll manage audits, year-end processes, assist with onboarding new team members, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least a 3.0 GPA and bring over 3 years of experience in Private Equity or a related industry.
  • You demonstrate strong accounting knowledge and advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and preferably Investran.
  • You excel at delivering exceptional client service while maintaining effective, professional communication in all interactions.
  • You collaborate well in team environments, provide and accept constructive feedback, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are flexible to work overtime when needed and consistently produce high-quality work under pressure.
