Full Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics & Insights, the Senior Associate, People Analytics & Insights (Employee Listening) will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our employee listening strategy, harnessing feedback through multiple channels to enhance the employee experience.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting our annual global Employee Experience Survey and Great Place to Work survey including design, data analysis, communications, training, and action planning
• Developing and maintaining documentation to support program delivery and governance activities
• Supporting the development and maintenance of surveys across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, exit, and ad hoc special topic surveys
• Conducting employee experience research using advanced statistical analysis with both qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights, trends and recommendations
• Collaborating with external vendors and internal team members (e.g., HR Business Partners, Privacy, Global Communications, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of activities
• Preparing reports and dashboards that clearly visualize data for stakeholders of all levels
• Leading governance, testing, troubleshooting and other back-end activities in Qualtrics
• Supporting quarterly reporting deliverables with survey insights for senior leaders
• Identifying and implementing improvements to evolve deliverables and streamline processes
• Staying current on emerging research in employee listening, human capital and people analytics, and applying relevant learnings to work
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of work experience in employee listening, Human Resources or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
• Expertise in employee engagement research, survey design, statistical methods, and Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with an employee experience surveying platform
• Highly organized with demonstrated time and project management skills
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proven ability to synthesize trends and patterns from large amounts of data to key insights
• Effective relationship builder with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strong communicator with an ability to tailor verbal and written messages to the audience
• Deep commitment to privacy and confidentiality
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Post-graduate degree (e.g., MA) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
• Experience with Qualtrics and Workday

The expected salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year.
