Senior Associate, Marketing Strategy & Transformation - JLL

What this job involves:

The Senior Associate, Marketing Strategy & Transformation provides structured, day-to-day support to Global Marketing's Transformation initiative, working directly for the COO - Marketing. This individual-contributor role keeps the Transformation roadmap current, maintains supporting documentation and materials, and coordinates logistics for Transformation-related meetings and reviews. You will serve as the operational backbone of our Marketing Transformation efforts, ensuring milestones are tracked, documentation is pristine, and cross-functional coordination runs smoothly. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise-wide change management while contributing directly to JLL's mission of shaping a better future for real estate.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Maintain the master Transformation roadmap and action log; track milestones, owners, and status across active work streams
  • Prepare recurring status updates and dashboards for COO review; follow up with work stream owners on outstanding actions
  • Maintain and version-control Transformation plan documentation, templates, and supporting files with brand consistency
  • Coordinate scheduling, pre-reads, and logistics for Transformation working sessions; capture and distribute action items and meeting notes
  • Prepare first drafts of PowerPoint materials, one-pagers, and status decks under direction of the COO/Marketing Leadership Team
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on process improvement and industry practices to inform Transformation decisions
  • Serve as a point of contact for work stream owners and support cross-functional coordination with Marketing Operations, Communications, and other Centers of Excellence


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, project management, technology, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally
  • Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple structured work streams under guidance
  • Attention to detail with consistent delivery of accurate documentation, tracking, and materials with minimal rework
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and recognize when to escalate ambiguous or complex issues


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA, or currently pursuing an MBA
  • Prior experience in professional services or commercial real estate industry
  • Exposure to organizational transformation, process improvement, or change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Workfront)
  • Quick adaptability to new technology platforms supporting Transformation tracking and reporting


Location: Chicago, IL (On-site)

Expected compensation for this position:

83,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
